The Art of Touch, located in Largo, FL opened
its doors in May of 2007 and is a member of the Largo-Mid Pinellas Chamber of Commerce, Women In Networking, and Tampa Bay Birth Network.
Owners Alicia Orbea and Cassandra Haggert would like to welcome our new therapist's Dana Crane and Donald Stott
to The Art of Touch. Alicia, Cassandra, Dana, and Donald are licensed by the Florida Department of Health. Alicia and Cassandra are also Nationally Certified by the
National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Our therapists graduated with excellence from Cortiva Humanities Center School of Massage in Pinellas Park, FL. All therapists at
The Art of Touch are certified in neuromuscular therapies, including deep tissue, myofascial and positional release, trigger point, and
muscle energy technique.

Co-Owner Alicia
has always been intrigued by the medical field and knew even before attending massage therapy school that
she wanted to own a business. She began her career as a massage therapist working in a physical therapy clinic
under Dr. Kirsten Snellenburg; one of her massage instructors and a well respected doctor of physical therapy in the Tampa Bay area. After honing her hands
on skills and learning a great deal from her mentor, she focused her energies on opening a massage practice. In
addition to her Certification in Neuromuscular Therapies, Alicia has since studied Advanced Myofacial Release under John F Barnes PT. Alicia is currently attending SPC, working toward a BS in Biology.

Cassandra co-owner of The Art of Touch, aspired to work in the health
care field ever since elementary school. She was also eager to own a business. After graduating at
the top of her class, Cassandra started out assisting a local chiropractor. In addition to her neuromuscular
certification, she has received certification in pregnancy massage through Kate Jordan's Bodywork for the Childbearing Year and is certified to teach Infant Massage to parent's and caregiver's through Infant Massage USA. She is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals ABMP and the Tampa Bay Birth Network. She is a native Floridian, born and raised in Largo, Fl. Cassandra is currently attending
St. Petersburg College, working toward a Bachelor in Biology.
