Integrated Therapeutic Massage (light, medium, or deep tissue) 60 minute - $75      90 minute - $110 Your therapist will tailor each massage to your needs and develop a custom treatment plan to assist in reaching your wellness goals.  Therapeutic modalities such as Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, Positional Release, Strain Counter Strain and Muscle Energy Techniques may be used to alleviate chronic pain, headaches/migraines, TMJ, low back pain, neck/shoulder pain, fibromyalgia discomfort, and myofascial restrictions.

Medical Massage 60 minute - $100      90 minute - $150 Your therapist will tailor each massage to the specifications of your healthcare team and develop a custom treatment plan to assist in reaching your wellness goals.  This massage is specific to the regions of pain or discomfort specified by your physician.  Neuromuscular modalities that may be used include Trigger Point therapy, John Barnes Myofascial Release, Positional Release, Strain Counter Strain and Muscle Energy Techniques.

Bio Mat Session 30 minute - $25      Receive the healing therapy of far infrared light and negative ions as you lie back, relax and are guided through a full body meditation.  This heat therapy increases circulation, detoxifying the body of harmful toxins and wastes.
