center located in Largo FL, serving Tampa Bay & Pinellas County cities: Largo, Seminole, Belleair, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, St Petersburg, and St Pete Beach Florida. If you suffer from headaches,
chronic pain, back pain, TMJ, fibromyalgia, to name a few, our certified neuromuscular massage therapists can customize
an integrated therapeutic massage to fit your individual needs.
The Art of Touch uses Sacred Earth Botanicals' certified organic massage oil and paraben free lotions and creams for all services offered.

What is Massage?
Definition: Massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues
of the body to have a specific effect.

The Art of Touch, located in Largo,
FL opened its doors in May of 2007 and is a member of the Largo-Mid Pinellas Chamber of Commerce, Women In Networking, and Tampa Bay Birth Network.
Owners Alicia Orbea and Cassandra Haggert are licensed by the Florida Department of Health and Health Care Practicioners Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Both graduated with
excellence from Cortiva Humanities Center School of Massage in Pinellas Park, FL. They are all certified
in neuromuscular therapies, including deep tissue, positional release, trigger point, and muscle energy technique.
Alicia has always been intrigued by the medical field and knew even
before attending massage therapy school that she wanted to own a business. She began her career as
a massage therapist working in a physical therapy clinic under Dr. Kirsten Snellenburg; one of her massage instructors and a well respected doctor of physical therapy in the Tampa Bay area. After honing her hands
on skills and learning a great deal from her mentor, she focused her energies on opening a massage practice. In
addition to her Certification in Neuromuscular Therapies, Alicia has since studied Advanced Myofacial Release under John F Barnes PT.
Cassandra aspired
to work in the health care field ever since elementary school. She also aspired to own a business.
After graduating at the top of her class, Cassandra started out assisting a local chiropractor. In addition
to her neuromuscular certification, she has received certification in pregnancy massage through Kate Jordan's Bodywork for the Childbearing Year and is certified to teach Infant Massage to parent's and caregiver's through Infant Massage USA. She is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals ABMP and the Tampa Bay Birth Network. She is a native Floridian born and raised in Largo, Fl.
